How to make or cancel an order

Select a categorie (e.g. “Gold Jewelry”), select the group (e.g. “Rings”). In the list, select the desired item and click on the photo. Page opens with a large 360º photo and detailed information about this item.
If necessary, select the size (for rings) or length (for chains, etc) of the possible options. Click “add to cart”.
If you want to order only this product, go on to Checkout and fill the order form. If you want to order more items or to place an order later – press continue shopping.
The order form:
- Fill in your name, e-mail and password (if you have previously registered, first go under your password by clicking on the link “My Account” the upper-right corner).
- Specify delivery address and the person name and mobile phone to receive the order. Select delivery and payment option. Click the “Place order”.
Information of the status of your order – received, prepared, paid, and so on will be sent immediately to your mailbox. Also, you can always monitor the status of your order in “My Account”.
Together with the letter informing that your order is ready you will receive instructions about payment. Payment can be in cash on delivery (only domestic) or via credit card / via bank transfer / Paypal in case of delivery.

You can specify as the recipient of the order some other person, if you want to make a gift to someone else.

Orders are processed on business days from 10:00 to 17:00 (GMT +2) .
If you filled in an incorrect or non-functional e-mail address we can not process your order.
We always check the availability of ordered items from our stock and its compliance with the photo and the specified parameters. In case of any changes we will always inform you in advance and provide an opportunity to confirm or cancel the order.
All items of silver and gold have a stamp of the State Assay Inspection of Lithuania or a stamp of another State, officially recognized in Lithuania. For products with precious stones (ruby, sapphire, emerald, diamond) to each item is attached a stone certificate, issued by the State Assay Inspection.

You can at any time prior to payment simply cancel the order by sending us a message or call us.
Ordered items reserved for a maximum period of 2 days. If payment is not received on 3rd day, the order is canceled.
If you are not sure you want to place an order – do not do it. Ordered items are reserved and can not be sold until your order is not canceled. Please understand, we spend time to process each order. And please note, the amount of cancellations of items reduces the amount of paid orders.
