Returning product must be unworn, in the same original packing as came, with undamaged price tag and invoice. Also, you need to fill in return form within 5 working days since you got the product. The form must consist of returning purpose and bank account number to return money back to you. We do not pay for returning product shipment fees. We ask you to send the order back using registered shipment(and send us shipping number) or courier services to address:

After we receive the order we return your money to the same bank account from which the purchase was made within 15 working days. All shipment or customs fees pay the customer.

 

TOPGOLD does not take returns with mechanical damage made by customers.  All questions about this type of returns are solved by negotiations with us.
